Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been washed or altered are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Contact Us: Email us at support@bleuandblack.in with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Deduction: Please note that shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Report Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bleuandblack.in with your order number and a description of the issue.
Resolution: We will provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item and will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases. A replacement or refund will be issued based on your preference and availability.
