a. Shipping Areas:
We currently offer shipping to India only. If you are located outside of our standard shipping areas, please contact our customer service team at support@bleuandblack.in to inquire about possible arrangements.
b. Shipping Methods:
We use FedEx, BlueDart, DTDC, etc. for our deliveries. Shipping options available may vary based on your location. During checkout, you will be able to select from the available shipping methods, which may include standard, expedited, or express shipping.
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping method chosen. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1 to 10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website
Missing or Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at support@bleuandblack.in for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve any issues.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees if the package needs to be re-shipped.
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a description of the damage and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Items:
In the event your package is lost, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve it.
